Hello, l was always anxious to go out to visit my local amenities would always give excuses, through dedicated support from HEALTHGURU Social Care staff I went bowling the other day and enjoyed am happy, going back next week.

I am taking control of my life better l needed reassurance am receiving from staff am much happier and exploring more .

I had problems drinking, all water was spilling on my clothes changing my tops and ruining some of my beautiful tops with the help of Healthguru experienced staff I was given thickener to thicken my fluids waiting for SALT appointment to add to my drink I only add one scoop to my drink and stir it am drinking well staff said l am waiting for SALT to come and assess, l have an appointment date l am happy with what has been done am drinking well noonger coughing when drinking or mess clothes. l like to know things that concerns me and getting involved in my care is what matters to me most. I am happy at Healthguru Social Care. All my needs are being met in a timely manner. 

I never used to talk about my feelings and explore with staff used to stood up and punch staff now am exploring feelings with staff. Staff are helping to manage my eager with simple ways l have managed to bring down anxiety levels feelings with these distractions. I am sleeping throughout the night. I go therapy once a week.
